Description

SPACIOUS AFT-CABIN CRUISER

The Hershine 50 is a large-volume, semi-displacement motor yacht with boundless space. The layout offers abundant room for entertaining, cruising and living aboard. Each of the deck areas are within a few steps of each other offering easy movement about the boat. She is powered by well-maintained Volvo Penta D9 diesels with low hours and shafts which simplify ongoing servicing and will provide enjoyable cruising well into the future.

Now listed exclusively for sale with Flagship International Yachts Brokers, she is available for inspections at Manly Boat Harbour in Brisbane, call us today for more information.

Key features of this Hershine include: - NEW clears on the flybridge, full clears enclosure on the aft deck. - A three cabin, two head layout which accommodates six guests. - Huge full beam master cabin with walk-around queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. - Large saloon lounging area adjacent to the galley. - Well-equipped galley with electric appliances, large fridge/freezer, additional underbench fridge, dishwasher and loads of storage in a separate pantry. - Expansive stern platform supporting your watersports enjoyment. - Reliable Volvo Penta D9 diesels with shaft drive propulsion and full-length keel. - Bow thruster to make docking safer and easier.

BOARDING The huge stern platform allows easy step-on, step-off boarding and there's a small staircase leading up to the aft sundeck entertaining area. The stern platform has removable stainless steel stern rails and so could easily be used to store watersports equipment such as kayaks or SUPs.

AFT SUNDECK This is the entertaining hub of the Hershine design. It's a flexible space that is currently set up for alfresco dining with a table and six comfortable chairs. It features a wet bar with an ice maker and a sink. An electric barbecue is fitted to the railing. Alternatively, a smaller table and some lounge chairs could give the space a very different feel. Fully enclosed under a hardtop roof, the area can be opened to the breeze with the surrounding clears rolled up and the side doors locked open.

FLYBRIDGE Only a couple of steps up from the Aft Sundeck, the expansive flybridge offers lounges for the skipper's companions and is also fully enclosed under a hardtop roof. The newly installed clears surrounding the deck can be rolled up to take advantage of the cool breeze while you're enjoying the ocean views.

The flybridge helmstation has everything needed including a comfortable helm chair and the Raymarine suite of electronics with autopilot. The skipper has good visibility forward and a camera for checking the aft when docking.

THE MAIN DECK As you step down into the Saloon from the Aft Sundeck, you're greeted by a spacious lounging area with warm timber tones in gloss panelling and very comfortable seating. The L-shaped arrangement with a beautiful table presents toward the port side where the LED television is set into the side cabinetry. This table even drops down to become a coffee table or an in-fill for additional bedding.

It's a light-filled space with large opening windows for crossflow ocean breezes that can alternatively be closed to take advantage of the air conditioning that is fitted throughout the boat. Forward of the Saloon you'll find the Galley and the lower Helm Station.

GALLEY On the same level as the Saloon, the Galley is located to the port side in a U-shaped layout. Dark stone benchtops provide prep space and have ample room for the 3-plate electric cook top, sink and appliances. There are loads of drawers and cupboards in the design and there's even a Fisher & Paykel dish-drawer dishwasher, a microwave oven and a second fridge under the benches.

A couple of steps down as you move forward, you'll find the domestic-styled Siemens fridge / freezer and the walk-in pantry.

ACCOMODATION The Master Cabin is the standout feature of the Hershine aft-cabin design. With generous full-beam space the master offers a walk-around queen size bed, a dressing table and loads of cupboards and hanging lockers. It's easy to consider this boat your home-away-from-home when there's everything you would expect at home when you're on board including a washer/dryer and a bathtub. The master enjoys a large and airy private ensuite bathroom.

In the forward section of the boat's layout are the two guest cabins which share the day head. On the starboard side you'll find the Second Guest Cabin offering two bunks and loads of storage. Ahead of that on the starboard side is the bathroom featuring a separate shower enclosure which is always appreciated.

The bow features the VIP Guest Cabin that offers a double bed set to one side. The angle of the bed is very practical allowing easy access from the port side and a shape that suits standard bed linen. Again this cabin enjoys plenty of storage and hanging space.

ENGINEERING On the starboard side opposite the galley, you will find the lower helm station and electrical switch panel. The helm is a duplicate of the flybridge with additional controls for the generator and master panels for the engines. This helm is a good alternative during bad weather passages or if you simply want to be with your guests while underway.

The underfloor engine room is easily accessed by lifting the stairs adjacent to the lower helm and while it's not full standing room access, it's well laid out and maintained with all systems clean, routinely serviced and clearly labelled.

The Volvo Penta D9 turbo diesel engines have been well looked after and as at March 2026, have just under 300 hours running. The capable Northern Lights 11kVA generator has ample capacity to supply the ships systems including the air conditioning and has only 1,175 hours.
